Shrimp Cheese Ball
Balls:

8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
2 cans tiny cocktail shrimp
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Mix ingredients and shape into ball. Cover and refrigerate.

Sauce:

1 jar chili sauce
2 tbsp. ketchup
1/2 jar horseradish

Mix all ingredients together well. Pour over ball just before serving. Serve with snack crackers.

Your recipe sounds delicious.

I make something like this, but with a different presentation:

Step 1: Apply a 1/4-1/2" layer of cream cheese at the bottom of the tray
Step 2: Spread a layer of spicey cocktail sauce over the cream cheese
Step 3: Sprinkle the tiny shrimp over the cocktail sauce.

Then you serve with thick crackers like Triscuits. Simplex run the chip along the bottom to get a little bit of each layer

Wow this sounds great. I have to bring an appetizer to a party Wednesday night and wanted to bring something different. You solved my dilemma!
