Hello:

I have never participated in a cash gifting scheme, but a few years ago when I first heard of them I looked at a few to see how they worked. The ones I looked at were basic pyramid schemes where nothing of true value was exchanged - just the money.

Many years ago (decades ago) these types of schemes were declared illegal.

Ok wait guys slow down. Yes a lot of these Cash Gifting programs may not work but mostly due to the fact that you might join a bad one it mostly fails becuase of the people doing it may not be that experienced?

Anyway the truth is some do work and some do work very well. And you can make a ton of money if you know what you are doing?

Look go ahead do your research. The one thing I can say is stay away from the 1up programs only join these if you know what you are doing and have been in gifting before?

If you want to join and want to be in the best program with no 1up and has the best back office and support and training well you can contact me. I do gifting part time only becuase not that I can not make a killing doing it. Becuase it is true some people that join become dead weight. So if you want to learn it and make some good money and do it very fast just contact me.

You will find that I'm in the best program there is and you will also have a HUGE advantage coming in with me becuase I am already positioned with the best doing this.

Hi, Kevin:

Just a question: what does a person get for the money they put into your cash gifting system? Is there a product or service involved?

Hello, I am new to this forum, as you can see.
But I'd like to address CG (cash gifting).

Of course, since I promote CG, I am biased in favor of it. But I'd like to point out some misconceptions and simple erroneous statements that I see here, which are common misunderstandings I see about cash gifting.

I am open to anyone who can show me where I am wrong, I just ask that you offer concrete proof. Please don't ask me to do the research. I already have, and continue to do so. I just don't see anything wrong with cash gifting, when ethically and legally practiced.

And I hope my statements won't be taken offensively.
I am only presenting the truth as I understand it.

Yes, Pyramid Schemes as you describe are definitely illegal!
But many Cash Gifting plans are not 'pyramid' structured.
And they also offer products of value.

Oh yes!
But be wary of EVERYTHING you look into online!

Please show me where CASH GIFTING is illegal.
NOT pyramid schemes please!
Please show me where someone was convicted SOLELY of the crime of 'cash gifting'.
What statute does CG violate?
What court case/conviction for ONLY cash gifting can you reference?

Tammy wrote:

Sorry, but that's just not true.
Though many cash gifting plans are scams, I'll agree.
But the same can be said for MOST online plans.
And I KNOW you'd agree with that!

I've seen the links 'proving' that CG is illegal, but they only refer to CG PYRAMID schemes, US Mail fraud, tax evasion, theft by deception, and the like.

In any event, many CG plans today offer products of value, and are NOT setup in a pyramid structure.
Precisely because of the history of CG, I'd say.

I think you should carefully scrutinize any offer, CG included.
I'm sure everyone here would agree with that.

But no one has shown me where CG is illegal in and of itself.

Good luck to all ethical Internet Marketers!

What is the product?
Show me the product.

IF you say there's an ebook, that's not a real product. It's a cover up to make the cash gifting look legal. Cash gifting reminds me of the Randomizer from years ago. No matter which way you look at it, it's illegal because there's no exchange of real product/s.

The above link you referenced, as many others have, equates cash gifting with pyramid structures, which the cases mentioned definitely are.

But not all cash gifting is pyramid structured.
And ILLEGAL cash gifting is not the only form of pyramid structure.

But that issue of 'product' only applies to PYRAMID STRUCTURES.
MLM companies are often illegal pyramids as well.

Anyway, CG is not an example of an illegal pyramid, if it is not even pyramid to begin with!
At least no one has shown proof otherwise - other than legal opinions on illegal pyramid structures that were called 'cash gifting clubs' and the like.

If so, just show me the statute, or the court case/conviction of a CG case, that has nothing to do with pyramid structure, tax evasion, fraud, or other criminal acts.

You still haven't shown me a product that is of value. You can talk yourself blue in the face saying cash gifting is not illegal and I will not change my mind that I believe they are illegal.

There are lots of these just like the Nigerian mail scams that tells you that you got a winning ticket (even if you don't have one) and asks for your information including banking and financial datas.

WorkAtHomeSpace, I certainly won't waste my time 'talking' with you, since you appear fixed in your 'belief'.
I know when someone believes something, especially when there's no basis in fact, no amount of reasoning or presentation of factual evidence, will convince them otherwise.

"My minds made up, don't try to confuse me with the facts", the saying goes...

However, I would like to present some INFORMATION to those whose minds are still open to evidence and fact.

Come on now, let's stay on topic! What on EARTH does 'Nigerian mail scams' have to do with cash gifting?

In case you haven't noticed, there are TONS of scams online. Every legitimate and illegitimate business model can be a scam in disguise.

Cash gifting is no different. MLM's too are often pyramid scams, (despite the fact that they 'sell' a 'real product'). You simply have to investigate whatever business opportunity you come accross. You have to think for yourself.

Any experienced online marketer should know these things.

I know that this particular thread is about cash gifting, but I wonder why everyone focuses on cash gifting, when MLM's are more often a violation of law.

The use of a product does NOT make a pyramid structure legal at all!

In fact, 'product based pyramids' do MORE harm than 'non product based' pyramids!

ILLEGAL 'Product Based MLM's':
http://www.mlm-thetruth.com/pps1-introduction.htm

Here's a quote from that VERY informative website:
Extensive research correlating the compensation plans with financial reports of leading MLMs and analyses of other classes of chain selling schemes leads to the conclusion that of all classes of pyramid/chain selling schemes, those that do the most harm are MLMs (product-based pyramid schemes) by any measure - leverage, loss rates, aggregate losses, or number of victims. In fact, statistical reports show that joining an MLM makes a bet on snake eyes in a game of craps at Caesar's Palace in Las Vegas look like a safe bet in comparison.

All I am asking is that people do the research, think for themselves, and not blindly believe in mis-information.

Let's stick with the topic of CASH GIFTING. We're not talking about MLM. We're talking about cash gifting. Where is the product? More precisely where is your product in your cash gifting program?

Everyone I've spoken to or come across say cash gifting is illegal.
