Does outsourcing increase the risk of poor quality and loosing customer to the vendor? Should the outsourced home based virtual individual vendors be allowed for the interaction with clients?

it depend on the people you hired, of course you need to train them and watch them with things that they are doing. Once you know that you can trust them with the job, then it is the time when you will be having relaxation.
