Just wondering if anyone out there is still using MySpace. I migrated to FB some time ago, but for my latest venture, I went back to my MySpace accounts and had no luck, Myspace didn't like my links, so I made an intermediate page with the links to my actual page. It didn't like that one either. Does anyone see any value in the continued use of MySpace? _________________ Healthy Home, Healthy Family, Healthy Income

The benefit of social sites differ for each person. If it works for you then continue and spend time using it, but if it doesn't work then there's no point in wasting your time trying to make it work.
I've never used MySpace. It's not my thing, but each person has their reasons to use it or not. Stick with what works for you. _________________ Sophia

the only reason anyone still uses myspace is to promote music
it's still one of the few places where bands and artists have total control over a free website.
it's like the only place you can still post music for free |

I recently read that the landscape has finally shaken itself out into this:
Twitter - Discussions and intelligent dialogue
Facebook - Happy friendly chats
Linked In - Job seekers
My Space - Dating
I don't know how one has a dialogue with Twitter's 140-character limit, and I've recently learned that Linked In's Groups are awesome, but never mind. It's what I read.
Nope, I haven't used My Space. I never did. I resisted the other three until last year or maybe this year.
Press releases and white papers are my new thing. Very successful. I'm also trying -- again -- a blog. Groan mumble mutter... _________________ http://www.michaeledits.com |

At the time, Myspace was one of the fastest growing sites on the internet.
But, I’ve found myself logging into and updating our Myspace page less and less over the past couple years, to the point that most recently I noticed that I hadn’t updated our Myspace page in over 6 months. We update on Facebook and Twitter several times a day. |

| 3 years ago everyone of my friends used myspace and I did. DJ`s, rockbands, events everything that you can imagine. It was good and everybody was active and the best thing that I liked about myspace was that every profile is so different. FB is just like some newspaper. But after the big euphoria on FB, myspace gone dead I was kind of sad about it but what you can do. I just use FB to chat with few people and that's it. In myspace there was some thing that tweeter and FB do not have. I do not know what exactly it was fun and new. But after all this FB TWEETER TWEETER FB FB TWEETER TWEETER FB FB TWEETER TWEETER FB. With those social networks people will forget what is to communicate face 2 face. Go out do some sport. See the sky I would say to those who are addicted to FB and I know people who are. |

Myspace is so dead, the only people on there are some teens and musicians. Facebook is the place to be, and Twitter also. _________________ Free Cash | Make Extra Money |

When my friends started using facebook, I've also done the same and created my new account. But I still open myspace in case I have some messages. |
