|
|
I have experienced one of the worst sinus infections this spring that I've had in a long time.
So I made up a fresh batch of the sinus rinse that I received the recipe for years ago. It's saved me lots of $ in antibiotics.
I use a plastic applesauce jar.
Tap water, 2 T. Pickling Salt to 1-2 tsp. baking soda. Mix thoroughly.
Then taking a baby bulb syringe, I use that after tipping my head
way back to squeeze small amounts down my sinuses.
Doing this two to three times a day will alleviate the sinus issues within a couple of days. Do it before you lie down.
Hope this helps other allergy and sinus headache sufferers. _________________ Ms. Devon Roberts
