what is the best way to eradicate this home rats? I'm sick and tired of trapping them.

Cleaning your house daily is the best way to avoid those rats at home. Rats are after for food so be sure to put your food in a place where they can't get in like in fridge or on cabinets.

Yeah i feel that the main cause of rats entering your house is that your house is not cleaned everyday. Or might be you are staying a smal row house kind of. This increases the chances of rats coming in. Well there is one trick that i had tried is that when you finish your food try to keep the leftovers somewhere outside your house. Probably they will go there for which they came to you. You happy rat happy...
