You are talking about offline or online profits? If you're talking about online ones then there are many ways to make an easy buck! You can write some articles and then sell them, flip sites or hunt for good domain names and then sell them on flippa. CPA marketing definitely is one great way to make money and you could start your training by reading a bit of PPC marketing.

I tried networking marketing for a while but didn't get that much profit.My favorite technique for getting leads was email marketing.Besides this I also tried SEO but could not survive due to intense competition.

I do a mixture of paid and free marketing techniques to get traffic.

There are many ways to get leads (besides buying them)...

Article syndication
Blogging
Blog commenting
Social Networking i.e. Facebook

Start with one and branch out from there. I suggest you add a paid technique in there as well.
