We are currently looking for work at home agents to take inbound calls (no outbound) and inquires for customer service and technical support.
We have Cruise, Auto Repair, Major Theme Parks, Mobile Communications, Pharmacy Chains and more for clients.
We have a few chat clients (occasionally posted). You will have to pass background check and assessments (CSP101). You make your own schedule after you certify from training. Must be able to train 2-5 weeks for 4 hours a day unpaid. This is an independent contractor position not an employee. Pay ranges from 8-16 HR depending on which Fortune 500 client you train for.
You need Windows XP or 7.
Landline phone POTS only no long distance or ANY features
Headsets ( USB and Phone headset)
High Speed Internet
Quiet work space
