The Best way to make money online is your own sites plain and simple, and im not speaking of one site, so many think if they build one site they are going to be able to retire, well this is not the case i own a few sites and although i do make a nice living i cant retire.
One thing about it also alot of domains are not required you can if you have the right kind of domain name make sites on sub domains and you can do very well. |

It really doesn't matter how many sites you have if you don't constantly work them and advertise them. _________________ 100% Free to Work at Home |

Yes, I'm just concentrating on one site first, then working on that as much as I can. I'll branch off from there once I have more knowledge of how it all works. I've come a long way though! _________________ Newbies Start Here! |

Even if a person has several sites the real work is getting traffic to those sites without going broke. _________________ Control_Anxiety_Panic |

Hi Tiffany,
I agree that it's good to have several sites to give you multiple streams of income. I've also found that it's much easier to have a network of sites that share a common theme and send traffic to each other so that I don't have to spend so much time trying to promote each individual site. I can focus on one primary site that is linked to the others and my efforts will benefit all of the sites in my network. _________________ Joanne Mason

This is very true, and utilizing other networking sites might help your cause and potentially increase your revenue. Have you tried Digg, Squidoo, Technrati, or even eHow.com? Sites like eHow.com is a great resource site for tutorials, which means that a lot of people are searching for our the content on the site, and if you have legitimate blog site that educates or helps people with certain areas, you can build How-To articles on eHow to generate traffice to your website or blog site.

I don't fully agree with the idea that you need your own websites in order to make money online. You can use Clickbank.com to become an affiliate for what ever you want to promote or market. This is how I started. Using free techniques, most of which are already mentioned here. Articles, blogging, forums. I did not get rich, but I made enough money to pay some bills. Time is money, and I believe if you find the time, learn and keep at it. Affiliate marketing is the best way to make money online. Plus you have control over what you want to spend and how you spend it if you decide to invest a little here an there to keep growing.

You don't necessarily have to ever buy a website to make money online. You can use free "landing pages" for your products such as hubpages, squidoo lenses, blogs, etc. A lot of affiliate marketers choose to use these instead of websites so they can have unlimited free pages that have only relevant keywords in the title. _________________ Want A FREE guide on how to become a Wealthy Affiliate? |

You can make money without a website but if you ever want to get to a point where you can retire, I believe you are going to have to build several websites, BIG websites! The best and easiest way I've found to build a website is using SBI! It still requires a lot of time but eventually my sites will be on autopilot and I'll only have to maintain them. _________________ From passion to profit-FREE Ebooks
