I received an offer for a position of: Independent Private Evaluator. The heading on this letter is from Worldwide Work At Home. I am skeptial about these mailings, yet upon reading the information, it 'sounds' very legitimate. I am not sure as to how they got my name and address, although I have, in the past, put out resumes for work at home.
I'm a little apprehensive to go ahead with this offer for a position. Can anyone tell me a way to investigate this offer, or if it is a scam? The postal date is from Canada. A check was enclosed to cash if the job was accepted. It looks as though it is a Research type of position, where you use part of the money to purchase items. There is also a Customer Service Evaluation Tool (CSET) in which to fill out.. and then send all the information about the purchases back to an email which is on the letter. The remaining amount of this check is stated as my training pay. There is also an 800 phone number to be used when accepting this position offer.
Can anyone tell me if this is a legitimate position offer? |

| Thank You So Much for your reply to my inquiry! I was actually really considering this offer, but thankfully my intuition held me back! I've read the sites that you sent, and will definitely do something about this!!! |
