Bacon Wrapped Artichoke Hearts

2 cups of marinated artichoke hearts
1 cup of brown sugar
1 pound of bacon

Drain the artichoke hearts and cut in half. Depending on the length, cut the bacon strips either in half or in thirds. You want enough to wrap one piece of bacon around each artichoke heart. After you wrap the bacon around the artichoke, insert a toothpick to keep it closed. Line up the appetizers on a baking sheet and sprinkle with brown sugar. Bake at 350 degrees until bacon is done. Serve hot.

Note: You can make these ahead of time and store them wrapped in the refrigerator until ready to cook.
