Work from your home on our company provided equipment. Provide optimum customer service as required, to maintain and enhance existing business.
Training:
* Must successfully complete paid training class of up to 90 days (dependent on individual needs) at our Taftville, Ct location. After this period you will be set up to work from your home.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Respond accurately and effectively to call centers.
- Quickly resolves difficulties in a polite manner.
- Make quick decisions about legitimacy of complaints. Such inquiries or problems could involve, coordination of deliveries, availability of product, warranty service, product quality or other operational issues.
- Process all requests in an efficient, expedient manner with a high level of accuracy
- Maintain effective associate, vendor, and customer relations contributing to an environment to high morale and productivity
- Assist co-workers as needed to meet goals and ensure the smooth operation of the department.
