You will be handling inbound customer calls from world-class companies such as Office Depot, 1-800-Flowers and the Internal Revenue Service. We are currently hiring for numerous ongoing and seasonal positions.

You must provide:
• Excellent customer service, communication and relationship building skills. Previous customer service or sales experience required
• Active listening and attention to detail with the ability to quickly organize and multi-task in a fast paced, changing environment
• Strong computer and Internet skills. Ability to navigate through multiple screens
• Passion, reliability, attention to detail, problem solving skills and the ability to multi-task
• Ability to work 20-30 daytime hours per week, with 3-4 of these hours on either a Saturday or Sunday
• Ability to be self-motivated and successfully thrive in a work at home environment
You will need:
• Reliable personal computer running Windows 98 or later and Internet Explorer
• Ability to be on the Internet (Cable or DSL) and on a land line at the same time (no wireless network, voice over IP, digital, satellite or dial up Internet)
• Quiet home work environment during scheduled work hours
• To function comfortably in a performance-based environment, with calls monitored, recorded and assessed
• A corded telephone with a hands-free, corded headset (no cordless phones or cell phones).
