In my opinion, posting CV or resume will increase chances to be found by employer.
I think this way because some employers are looking exact person. They haven't much time to post a vacancy somewhere and to wait when someone is going to apply it.
And there is another aspect. Some employees are afraid to apply a job. In their opinion, they are not ready for this job because of it's strict requirements or smt And that's because employers loses potential workers.

I wouldn't recommend posting your resume on sites like Careerbuilder or Monster because of all the scams. You end up getting more business opportunties than actual real telecommute jobs. I'm sure there are sites that are more reputable and probably more effective. _________________ Sophia
