I am looking for work at home. No surveys. Just legitimate office type work. All the ads go back to the same stuff. Anyone know of anything new? For free. Honest jobs do not charge.
Thanks,

Hi Donna,
What kind of work are you interested in doing or what skills and experience do you have? You can check in the Telecommuting Job Leads folder as well as on the main site, http://www.worldwideworkathome.com
Customer service jobs are very common and more readily available, data entry jobs are very competitive which means they are difficult but not impossible to land, writing or blogging, VA, transcription - medical, legal or general. There's a wide range so take your time looking through the forum and site.
Welcome to the boards!

"Office type work from home": it is telecommuting, customer support from home or order taking jobs from home.
Please do a search within those terms, and you shall find something. _________________ Javier A. Garcia

What I always suggest is that you take a look at the people's signatures here on this forum. When you find something that interests you give them a PM. Then you can learn more about it from someone who is already earning.
Good Luck with your search!

I advice you to make money by some data entry program website. People use these ads typing programs as there is a good cash in it. _________________ To make money by posting ads click here!

There are many types of jobs available for people interested for working from home.
If you have basic knowledge of computers, good grammar, and keen hearing skills then you can go for transcription jobs. |

In my opinion, taking surveys is the best job you can have online. It pays well, you can choose to take them whenever you want. you wont get rich off of them but they are a great way to put a little extra money in you pocket. so what are you waiting for? sign up! _________________ Get Paid For Your Opinion!

You could try registering in one of the many outsourcing sites like oDesk, Freelance and Elance. The are free. You could advertise yourself at such sites by providing your portfolio which includes all your works and experiences.
You can also bid on the projects posted at such sites but it's quite difficult at your first job because of fierce competition. Just don't lose hope and be very patient. You can bid low on projects or maybe just bid on simple projects, don't bid directly on complex jobs. When you get hired, just do your job well so you could get good ratings and feedback from your employer - this way you can compete with others.
By the way, I don't think surveys are the best. _________________ Guidelines in offshore outsourcing - http://www.timedoctor.com/blog/2011/02/22/the-top-6-outsourcing-sites-and-how-to-use-them |
