Our Company is hiring Online Customer Support Reps to assist our Customers via our website through live chat and support tickets. We currently have over 125 live support sessions and nearly 350 support tickets daily, and seek professional reps to help manage the load.

Applicants should be fluent and articulate in the English language. Customer Service background is highly preferred and superior typing skills and ability to handle a wide variety of problems is a must. Good Communication is key, you should be able to listen thoroughly to our customers, and be willing to find a handsome solution.
