Greetings, dear friends! I'm a newbie as of tonight This is my second post.
Robert Kiyosaki in his book, Rich Dad Poor Dad, writes about the path taken by many who leave the workplace to "run their own business", to be self-employed.
What happens all too often is they go from "having a job" to "owning a job". That is, in either case, whether as employee or self-employed should they cease to work today they ought not expect a paycheck tomorrow.
This is the predicament which becomes the millstone around the neck of many well-intentioned at-home business folks. After the initial excitement of working their own hours in their own home wears off they began to realize they work harder and more hours then they did as employees.
I could accept it if they said, "But I enjoy what I am doing", IF, they were making the kind of money that would change their lives. The reality is life continues to be an economic, financial struggle.
The solution, Kiyosaki points out, is to create a system which generates revenue whether or not you are present in your shop or home. This is the not-incredible concept of a network. It is as old as time, but one for which many people have an aversion rooted in ignorance. Therefore, I like to encourage people to become knowledgeable in identifying the existent network model in traditional business; which, unfortunately, does not compensate its employees like dynamic network business models.[/url] _________________ WorkingMannequin
